Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLicy:

Reservations will accepted on a first come first serve basis at the published reservation opening date and time for each individual Retreat.  We recommend that where double occupancy applies, one of the occupants is designated to secure the reservation for both parties.  We cannot hold a reservation pending the second occupant signing up.  

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Confirmation and full payment are due at booking.  Wait lists will be maintained for each Retreat.  The last dates to cancel with a full refund (less processing fees) are published for each individual Retreat, but generally are approximately thirty days before the Retreat start date.  After 30 days, there will be refund (less $75 processing fee) if your spot can be filled from the waitlist.

We cannot be held liable for situations beyond our control, including (but not limited to) acts of war, acts of God, threats or acts of terrorism, civil unrest or unforeseen personal circumstances. We also cannot offer refunds for illness, flight delays or any other circumstances. Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover for these eventualities.

In the event of a teacher cancellation, every effort will be made to deliver the same content by another accomplished teacher. If we need to cancel the retreat, we will refund the money you have paid. We cannot be held responsible for other costs – such as flights or any other incidentals  – and strongly recommend you have insurance in place to cover this.

CHECK-IN:

Retreats are designed for a welcome reception as well as the first Learning Sessions to happen in the late afternoon/evening of the date of check-in.  Please plan on arriving in time to get checked in before the published start time of your Retreat.

FACILITIES:

All facilities are selected for the aesthetics, comfort and suitability of their accommodations and meeting spaces.  They will be smoke free.  Please be specific about any particular facilities requirements you might need and we will do our best to provide you with all the information about how we can address those.  Located throughout Northern California in particularly beautiful places, these destinations will necessitate some travel.  Specific details are available on each Retreat page.
